At Hrishita Web Services , HRD is divided into two areas, Recruitment and Training activities. This note summarizes just some of the major processes and initiatives taken by us in these areas.

Recruitment
Good employment practices start with good recruitment and selection practices. We attempt to make sure that the best people are selected in as objective manner as possible. Standard / validated written aptitude and technical tests are administered to eligible candidates. We ensure that selection takes place only when a candidate has been evaluated and seen by at least two departmental heads from technical and aptitude/ attitude points of view.
